Beauty By Tatiana wants you to be completely in love with your purchase!
If for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return your order, we offer store credit or exchange for the item(s) you are returning, and refunds in the case of faulty items. All returns must be received within 10 days of receiving your order. This time frame excludes shipping time.
We strongly suggest using a trackable postage option as it enables you to track the parcel being returned. Unfortunately, if the package is lost on its way to us, our Beauty By Tatiana Service will be limited in what they can do to compensate you.

In order for us to process your return we require the garment to be returned in its original condition, i.e:

• Tags still attached
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unstained & Make-up free
• Un-perfumed
• In its clear poly bag - please ensure the barcode label on the bag matches the garment name on the item’s tag
• Beauty By Tatiana Merchandise Return Form

**All returns must be accompanied by a Beauty By Tatiana Merchandise Return Form. Please print the form and fill out completely. To all my beautiful Ladies…Please Remember to include this form inside your shipping package.
Please Note: Returns that do not comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, soooo please be careful when trying on your item! These conditions do not apply to faulty products.
 
Beauty By Tatiana will gladly issue you a store credit for the value of the item(s) you are returning. In order to issue the store credit, you must either have or create a Beauty By Tatiana account.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your item(s). If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse but the store credit hasn’t appeared in your Beauty By Tatiana account after 7 business days, please follow up with our Beauty By Tatiana Service.
Please note: While we do offer store credit for your item(s) purchased, Beauty By Tatiana does not cover the cost of the shipping label.
If the total order value is less than our free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit as per our shipping policy.
 
All footwear must be returned in pristine condition.
Please note, we require the shoes to be returned in their original shoe box, without any postage labels placed on the box. Footwear must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. The shoes will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

All refunds granted will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the item.
Beauty By Tatiana accepts all returns that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Any returns accepted outside this time period may be subjected to a restocking fee.
